A round shaped to what you are studying
Before each round you choose what to practise: plants, animals or both, rounds of 10, 20 or 40 cards or all of them, and the specific groups and families. The cards are shuffled only when the round starts, so the order cannot be memorised.

What you miss comes back
The card shows the photo and keeps the name hidden. If you know it, you mark it as known. If not, you say so and the card comes back in the next round, so the deck narrows down to what you still get wrong.

Two kingdoms, seventeen categories
Plants and animals each have their own part of the site, split into 17 categories from mosses to vertebrates. Every category has its own page of photos, so you can learn group by group instead of all of biology at once.
